Hello and welcome to the Old School Carpentry Company. We are an independant company based in a beautiful Old School House in West Wales. The company was founded by Rory who has come from a background of historical restoration, and who is passionate about creating functional, timeless designs.
We produce a range of wooden products large and small, ranging from kitchen furniture to chopping boards. Our timber is British where possible and sourced from the surrounding Counties using sustainable sources. We also use reclaimed timber in many of our products, which gives a unique vintage feel to our designs.
This is a more contemporary design kitchen table featuring a striking spalted ash top which was sourced from a local woodland in Carmarthenshire. The base of the table has a feature dovetail joint, which we finished in a very light grey wash to bring out the character of the timber.
