Returns Policy
If any product is damaged on delivery please contact us within 24 hours and we will arrange return shipping and organise a replacement.
OSCC offers a 14 day returns policy so if for any reason you are not happy with the product please let us know and we will arrange a refund. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
BESPOKE PRODUCTS
Products made specifically for you, may not be returned nor will we provide any refund, unless they are defective or have been accidentally damaged by us in the course of delivery.
Deposits taken for bespoke products are non refundable.
These products fall outside the scope of the Distance Selling Regulations but you are still covered by all normal legislation under the Sale of Goods Act.
